Wall & Ceiling panels are extremely critical for Cleanrooms and are hence a core component of our product offerings. Standard specifications are given below, but note that Anvem wall & ceiling panels can also be customized as per requirement.

• Standard size : 1200 X 3000mm (Other sizes customizable on request)
• MOC: GI pre coated / GI powder coated / SS -304
• Thickness : 0.5/ 0.6 / 0.8 / 1mm
• Skin Type : PPGI sheet / SS -304 / Aluminium sheet
• Panel Thickness : 30 / 50 / 60 / 80 / 100mm
• Type of panel joints: extruded aluminium / GI profiles / Tounge&Grove / Cam Locks.
• Fire retardant PUF (40 kg/ M3) / ROCKWOOL as In-fill (Other In-Fill options available on request)
• Factory- made cut-outs for integration with Pass boxes, Autoclaves, etc.
• Factory- made View Panels, inbuilt / Projected Raisers / Supply and Return Air Raiser Grills
